As the Key member of the founding group of New Horizons Delia has served the charity in various capacities over the years and this appointment is an appropriate way to honour and acknowledge her service.
Delia is undertaking to write a book on the history of New Horizons, the launch of which will form part of our 30th anniversary celebrations next year.
New Horizons offers a range of opportunities for adults who live in RCT and Merthyr who are experiencing mental health issues including courses from the Cwm Taf Recovery College, peer support, activities including art & craft, a youth project, a choir and the successful management of the Mental Health Support website.
